HOK is a global planning, architecture, and engineering firm specializing in sustainable solutions and human-centric design.

As Marketing Manager of the HOK Atlanta studio, I work directly with firm leadership and the marketing principal to manage all RFQ/RFP pursuits, including pre-proposal coordination, RFQ/RFP receipt, statement of qualification, proposals, interviews, and close out process.

  • Sole director of HOK Atlanta marketing, working alongside office leadership and the regional Marketing Principal

  • Lead the process and production of on-time, branded deliverables for entire pursuit process: pre-proposal strategy, RFQ/RFP receipt, subconsultant coordination, statement of qualification, proposal response, interview, and close-out process

  • Inspire a multi-disciplinary pursuit team (firm leadership, market leaders across the nation, subject matter experts, designers, project managers) to leverage business development intelligence, develop a persuasive win theme, and deliver content in support of the client’s needs

  • Maintain both a mental recall and organized database in network folders and Vantagepoint, of past project, people, and pursuit information to ensure institutional knowledge

  • Champion HOK’s best-in-class brand by completing comprehensive quality control checks on materials

  • Collaborate with regional marketing team to produce and maintain up-to-date library of on-brand pursuit materials including resumes, project sheets, and boilerplate information
