About

Marketing Professional in Richmond, Virginia

welcome.

I’m an AEC marketing professional with a passion for organization, design, yoga, and coffee.

In 2013 I obtained a Bachelor of Science in Graphic Design and a minor in Strategic Communications from the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities. Since then, I have been working as a graphic designer and marketing specialist, first in Minneapolis, then Atlanta, and currently in Richmond.

I am proficient in the Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Acrobat) in addition to software such as Deltek Vantagepoint, Bluebeam Revu, Airtable, Canva, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Mailchimp, Canva, Wordpress, Squarespace, and more.

In addition, I am a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher. I completed my Yoga Teacher Training in Goa, India in 2015 and have been teaching vinyasa yoga classes ever since.

a little more:

I value hard work, travel, and good conversations the most. My work is a reflection of the connections I’ve made, the places I’ve lived, and the passions I have discovered.

Graphic design and marketing often go hand-in-hand, but it’s hard to find someone who is willing and able to do both. After graduating from the University of Minnesota, I began work at an architecture firm. It was in this temporary position that I learned the beauty of a corporate setting and how to deliver polished work to all types of people and for all types of projects.

More recently, I am working at global architecture and interior design company, HOK, as the marketing manager for HOK’s Atlanta studio.
